This document contains a brief explanation of Time Master and
Time Slave NLM. Furthermore, you'll find last minute info about our
current developments, as well as information on how to register for
this software package.

Brief User Manual
Time Master:
load TM Default mode
load TM verbose NLM will display message if file server
time has been sent to requesting TS
Time Slave:
load TS Default mode
load TS verbose NLM will display message if file server
time synchronized
load TS <time> Specifies time interval between two
successive time queries in seconds.
Default time interval is 300 seconds.
load TS verbose <time> NLM will display message if time
synchronized AND time interval between
queries specified
Loading the NLMs with the '/?' option will display the NLM's
"Usage" text.
These NLMs have been tested on NetWare 3.10 and NetWare 3.11.
The most recent version is version 1.50. (FdW Dec 29 1992)
If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please don't
hesitate to contact us. It may be included in a future update.
Also available are Time Master and Time Slave VAPs that can
communicate with TM.NLM and TS.NLM. If you have a NetWare 286
internetwork, or if you have a mix of NetWare 286 and NetWare 386
servers, the VAPs might be a solution for time-keeping in your
internetwork. If you're interested, please give us a call.

=>>>>> Now available a commercial version of TM & TS.NLM.
This commercial version of the software, version 2.11, supports timezones.
So Novell networks currently implemented as a WAN spreaded over more
than one time zone can now also use TM & TS.NLM. This version works
with command-line parameters on the slave side (where TS.NLM is running)
specifying the time as an offset to the time as defined at the TM site.
A brief example: on the system console type:
load TS.NLM UTC=-2
